Based in the heart of Davis Bay, BC, and operating out of the COHO Commissary Kitchen in Lower Gibsons, Chef Minh, along with her husband Eli, offers an exquisite selection of sourdough bread, bagels, English muffins, pastries, and more.

Minh holds a community-centric philosophy, aiming to build strong connections with customers and local businesses throughout the Sunshine Coast. She believes in using only the finest ingredients, including organic flour and grains, to create traditional sourdough loaves from scratch.

Sustainability is at the core of Chef Minh's baking ethos. The Good Loaf is committed to reducing environmental impacts by opting for eco-friendly packaging, sourcing from local farmers, and integrating seasonal produce into our baked goods. We are an active participant in community events like farmers' markets and fundraisers, promoting local food culture and supporting charitable initiatives.

Minh moved to the Sunshine Coast with her husband and partner, Eli, their daughter, Clementine, and their son, Felix in 2020. She began baking during the pandemic and fell in love with the sourdough process in 2022. She founded The Good Loaf in 2023.
